Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of new computer equipment together with consumables for printing devices for the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System (EZD PUW) at the Warsaw University of Technology. The delivered equipment together with printer ribbons must be fully compatible with the Electronic Document Management ("EZD") system of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Office. EZD system is a basic and intuitive tool for electronic documentation management, which allows to perform clerical activities and document the course of handling and settlement of cases in an electronic way. Details about the project and the EZD PUW system can be found on the website: http://ezd.gov.pl. The supplied equipment, including labels for printers, must be manufactured after 2020, cannot be used and cannot be withdrawn from production for the next 3 years. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes attachment No. 8 to the SWZ.
