Description

The subject of the contract is to select the Economic Operator for the development of a detailed concept, design, implementation, implementation and support of an application for students of the Jagiellonian University.2 The subject of the contract is to create an application for students of the Jagiellonian University, covering: a) a native mobile application running on mobile devices with Android and iOS systems, b) a web application with functionality such as a mobile application (to the extent possible), c) a server part supporting, among others, content management, administration panel and communication with other systems of the Jagiellonian University.3The subject matter of the contract should be understood as a comprehensive one, thus it includes consultations with the Contracting Authority, development of a detailed concept of the application, development of software with documentation, creation of a database system on the server, creation of the graphic design of the application, implementation of the application (including training and current service.4 The subject matter of the contract includes the development environment (in the understanding of all the necessary tools and documentation) enabling the development of the created application. The environment must be delivered with sufficient number of licenses to allow effective work of the application development team.5 The Contractor will transfer to the Customer the proprietary copyrights to the software and documentation created as a result of the order. The Contractor is required to make the source code of the entire software created available to the Contractor together with the granting of a time-limited licence allowing further development of the application without losing the guarantee of the Customer for the functions performed under the order.6 The main purpose of the application is to facilitate the daily life of students at the university and move around the city.7 The navigation system of the application must be designed in accordance with the current rules of application development. Navigation in the application should be intuitive and ergonomic, provide easy access to the desired content, and provide a clear and understandable system of communication. Any content will be prepared by the Ordering Party or downloaded from publicly available systems, while the content prepared by the Ordering Party will be automatically downloaded from other systems (USOS and UJ portal) or uploaded via a content management system that is part of the application.9The application will work in two language versions: Polish and English.10. The supplied software will function on the basis of a dedicated application server maintained by the Customer.11 The mobile application will be generally available to all users whose devices meet the technical requirements and will be available for free download in Google Play and Apple App Store. The web application will be widely available from any typical web browser.12 The application will provide a high standard of data security, including user authentication via Jagiellonian University login mechanisms, also using biometric data (in relation to functions that process student data collected from Jagiellonian University systems) and the use of secure communication protocols.13 At the stage of consultation and application execution, at least once every two weeks, meetings between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be held at the Contracting Authority's office in order to discuss the progress of work on the application to date and to plan the next stages.14 The Contractor has the right to place its logo on the main screen of the application, according to the rules specified in the ToR. The Application may not display any content not provided for in the description of the subject of the order, without the consent of the Ordering Party.
