Description
Although the call for tenders assumes a fictitious number of 6 500 pupils, this number may vary in practice. The current 1 October count of that year determines the actual number of pupils. The initial term of the agreement is three (3) years with the possibility of extending it two (2) times for a further two (2) years (3 + 2 + 2). The choice of whether or not to extend lies exclusively with SALTO-Eindhoven as a customer and will be communicated to the contractor no later than six (6) months before the end of the current contract period.
