Description

This procurement envisages equipping 11,500 new digital classrooms in primary and high schools across Serbia. The procurement is step towards completing the digitalization of almost all classrooms in primary schools and gymnasiums.
The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB or the Bank) towards the cost of the project Connected Schools in Serbia and intends to apply part of this funds for payments under the contract: “Procurement of Equipment for Digital Classrooms, phase 3”.The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (the Purchaser) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:• procurement and delivery of equipment for the new 11,500 digital classrooms in primary and secondary schools distributed in the territory of Republic of Serbia. The classrooms will be equipped with a laptop, projector and a mobile stand for laptop and projector. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement in accordance with EIB’s Guide to Procurement 2018 (GtP) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the procurement document.The Contract shall be concluded for a term of 7 months from the commencement date stated in the contract. The Contract is expected to be implemented from November 2021 to May 2022.Bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 150 EUR or 17.700 RSD.All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of EUR 120.000. A Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, irrevocable and payable on first call and without the right to object bank guarantee issued by a bank.The Purchaser shall award the Contract to the Bidder whose Bid has been determined to offer the lowest evaluated price and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily.
