Description

In the course of the inter-company training, various presentation media are used in the theoretical areas. In addition, monitors for visualisation and information are also used in the entrance and break areas as well as in the workshop areas. Notes on the entrance area/R 034/E0 and break area/R 221/E2 (item 1.1.) - A modern monitor/ display is to be installed in the entrance area / room 034 / level 0 and in the break area / room 221 / level 2 for digital signage applications. The contents are to be provided via an independent network and software-based solution. The administration and management of the signage infrastructure is to be realised via a central server, which offers the possibility to create content on the basis of plans and templates and to manage it there.notes on the theory room "small" (R 205/E2 + R 215/E2 - pos. 1.5.)A modern media technology infrastructure is required, which makes it possible to play the image content from a fixed location via the beamer/laser projector mounted on the ceiling (pos. 1.5.). For the video transmission paths, a transmission technology based on HDbT or streaming must always be used, which is capable of transmitting future resolutions such as (4K). Notes on the theory room "large" (R 202/E2 + R 222/E2 - Pos. 1.3. to Pos. 1.6.) A modern media technology infrastructure is required, which makes it possible to play back the image and sound contents from a fixed location via the beamer / laser projector mounted on the ceiling (Pos. 1.5.) and the loudspeakers installed in the room (Pos. 1.4.). For the video transmission paths, a transmission technology based on HDbT or streaming must always be used, which is capable of transmitting future resolutions such as (4K). The public address system should be designed in such a way that sufficient volume can be achieved at any point in the room and optimum speech intelligibility is ensured. The audio technology feed via the HDMI connection must be capable of reproducing multi-channel audio tracks via the stereo speakers. In addition to the presentation technology described above (Pos. 1.4. + Pos. 1.5.), additional monitors / displays should be installed on the ceiling (Pos. 1.3.) in the "large" theory room. These monitors / displays should be installed in the same way as the main image of the beamer / laser projector (Pos. 1.5) described above and should be realized by means of a powerful splitter (Pos. 1.3.). The operation and control of the entire described presentation technology (Pos. 1.3. to Pos. 1.5.) is to be realized centrally in the respective theory room "large" via a media control (Pos. 1.6.), which has a keypad.
