Description

The counties of Nordwestmecklenburg and Herzogtum Lauenburg are planning a joint project to optimise school transport in order to reduce CO2 emissions. The joint project "Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from school transport in the Duchy of Lauenburg and Northwestern Mecklenburg through intelligent systems for route and driving mode optimisation - MintesO" was launched for this purpose and is supported by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety with funds from the national climate protection initiative. The goal is to bundle the school traffic in the afternoon by an intelligent route guidance and thus to increase the utilization and save at the same time driving kilometers. Within the scope of this project the replacement of the electronic ticket printers in all bus vehicles of the NAHBUS Nordwestmecklenburg GmbH including the associated control and accounting system is intended. the scope of supply consists essentially of:- approx. 110 electronic ticket printers with software incl. mounting plate incl. all brackets, wiring material, special tools, etc. necessary for the assembly and operation. 1 piece background system "sales and accounting" incl. interfaces to other EDP systems,- 1 piece background system" ITCS/ RBL incl. interfaces" to other EDP systems.the on-board computers must implement the following performance features, among others: Sale of tickets, eTicketing according to VDV KA, real-time operation with vehicle location, data transmission via SIM cards, IBIS functionalities, barcodes, etc. The background system "Sales and Accounting" maps the following functionalities, among others: Driver billing, supply and disposal or monitoring of the data flow between the on-board computer and the background system (e.g. sales, IBIS, real-time, tariff and timetable data). The ITCS background system maps the following functionalities, among others: central monitoring, calculation and provision of real-time and forecast data, voice and text communication, dispositive measures, threshold value monitoring. The system shall support a number of interfaces which ensure external communication (e.g. BMS or data hubs).
