Description

The object of the contract is the provision of the entire system of a command and control center for the Secure Operation Center in the IT Service Center Berlin, including system services for operation and possible expansion. The Command and Controlcenters will consist of a control room with 5 operator workstations, a meeting area and a video wall. As an option, a conference room with a multimedia conference table and a video wall and training courses are being tendered as an extension of the overall system. The structural upgrading of the premises for the SOC is carried out in advance in accordance with the preliminary planning and is not part of the tender. The floor plans attached to the award documents are therefore a mandatory design framework. In addition, a system service contract is to be concluded to secure the overall system according to defined specifications.
