The subject of the contract is the delivery (delivery, bringing in, connection, configuration) of brand new (production year not earlier than 2019) 176 notebooks for students (with software) - hereinafter referred to as "computers" - for the needs of the classroom. All computers must come from a single manufacturer and must have an identical operating system and software. The customer requires a brand new operating system that is never used or activated on another device. The operational system must have basic support for at least 5 years. The system software must be factory installed by the computer manufacturer. The Customer allows the delivery of already configured devices, but the scope of the contract, on the side of the contractor, includes other activities, such as running each computer at the Customer's headquarters and confirmation of work in the Customer's network. Thus, by connecting and configuring computers, it is also understood that each computer should be run at the Customer's premises and confirmed to work in the Customer's network. The Customer foresees the application of the procedure verifying the legality of the installed software and reserves the right to verify the originality of the computer programs provided by the software manufacturer as part of the acceptance procedure. All printers must come from a single manufacturer and must have identical parameters at least in terms of consumables. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the quantity of toner cartridges used by the Ordering Party and in accordance with the assortment delivered by the Ordering Party within the time agreed by the Parties, however, no later than 7 days from the date of notifying the Contractor of the need to collect the toner cartridges.
