Description

The subject of the order in part 1 is the delivery of 6 servers with the necessary software and equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "assortment"). A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the quantity of the ordered assortment for part 1 defines: Annex no. 1A to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" for part no. 1 and template of the contract constituting Annex no. 5A to the ToR. The order for the assortment: - 3 items within the total number included in part no. 1 is implemented within the framework of the Project entitled "Integrated University Development Programme co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis. Higher education for economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive university programmes, contract for co-financing no. POWR.03.05.00-00-Z203/18 and - 3 units within the total number included in part no. 1 is implemented within the Project entitled "Programme for strengthening the didactic potential of universities for regional development co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 within the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis". The subject of the contract in part 2 is the supply of 2 matrices with the necessary software and equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "assortment").The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the quantity of ordered assortment for part 2 determines: Annex no. 1B to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" for part no. 2 and the model agreement constituting Annex no. 5B to the ToR. The order for the assortment: - 1 piece within the total number included in part no. 2 is implemented within the framework of the Project entitled "Integrated University Development Programme co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis. Higher education for economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive university programmes, contract for co-financing No. POWR.03.05.00-00-Z203/18 and 1 piece within the total number included in part No. 2 is implemented under the Project entitled "Programme for strengthening the teaching potential of universities for regional development co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 under the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis". The order for the whole assortment of 2 items included in part no. 3 is executed within the framework of the Integrated University Development Programme Project co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis. The contract for the whole assortment included in part no. 4 is executed within the framework of the Project entitled "Programme for strengthening the teaching potential of the University for regional development co-financed from the European Social Fund for the years 2014-2020 within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis". Higher education for economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive university programmes, the contract for co-financing No. POWR.03.05.00-00-ZR10/18. The subject of the contract in part No. 5 is the supply of 2 card printers with the necessary software and equipment, including 200 ELS card blanks, 40 ELD card blanks, 100 EKP card blanks. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the quantity of ordered assortment for part No. 5 is specified: Annex no. 1E to the ToR "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" for part no. 3 and template agreement constituting Annex no. 1E to the ToR. The order for the whole assortment included in part no. 5 is executed within the framework of the Integrated University Development Programme project co-financed by the European Social Fund for 2014-2020 within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education and Development, Priority III Axis.
