Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software for the District Social Animation Centre in Tomaszów Mazowiecki (cultural unit) within the project "Development of the socio-economic potential of the revitalised area at Farbiarska Street in Tomaszów Mazowiecki by establishing the Social Animation Centre".2. not used before the date of delivery, except for the use necessary for the performance test, from official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights of hardware and software in the scope specified in Annex No. 1, 2, 3a and 3b to the ToR together with their transport, bringing, setting up, mounting, connecting, configuring and commissioning in places indicated by the Ordering Party;2) training of personnel in the use of hardware and software;3) delivery of instructions in Polish;4) delivery of technical and utility documentation related to the subject matter of the order, m.5) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with § 8 of the agreement and resulting from the Contractor's offer for delivered equipment and on terms not worse than the manufacturer's guarantee, confirmed by separate warranty documents delivered with the equipment.Note: 1) For each device the Contractor will be obliged to make stickers informing about the EU funding of the project in accordance with the guidelines of the Managing Authority available on the website: https://rpo.lodzkie.pl/wynik-wyszukiwania/item/2252-zasady-promocji-i-oznakowania-projektow-dla-umow-podpisanych-od-1-stycznia-2018-roku2) Devices must have a positive impact on the promotion of the principle of equality and accessibility for people with disabilities. It is assumed that the supported infrastructure will be fully accessible to all potential stakeholders, including people with disabilities. The purchased equipment will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (e.g. laptops adapted to the needs of the visually impaired).3 The detailed scope of supplies (Description of the subject matter of the contract) is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
