Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of computer hardware specified in a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 (1.1.-1.10) to the ToR and in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the ToR, in accordance with the following list: 1. A4 laser colour multifunctional device - in accordance with Appendix 1.1 to the ToR - 26 pieces 2.A3 laser colour multifunctional device - according to attachment 1.2 to the ToR - 10 pcs. 3. Multimedia projector - according to attachment 1.3 to the ToR - 29 pcs. 4.Suspended screen - according to attachment 1.4 to ToR - 29 pcs. 5 DualWAN Router - according to attachment 1.5 to ToR - 37 pcs. 6. 8-port management switch - according to attachment 1.6 to ToR - 10 pcs. 7. 24-port management switch - according to attachment 1.7 to ToR - 13 pcs. 8.Graphical tablet - according to attachment 1.8 to ToR - 37 pcs.9 Graphical tablet LCD - according to attachment 1.9 to ToR - 4 pcs.10. Desktop server - according to attachment 1.10 to ToR - 19 pcs. Terms of performance of the contract are described in attachment No. 7 to ToR. Pursuant to §8 of Annex 7 to the ToR, the Ordering Party shall provide for the contract to be amended as follows: 1. The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of amending the provisions of this Agreement in the event that1) any type (model) of hardware or software has been withdrawn from production under the subject matter of the contract - in such a case the Economic Operator shall be obliged to replace it with another type (model) of hardware or software, but with no worse and no less modern technical parameters;2) a new technological solution for the subject matter of the contract has appeared on the market, regardless of the fact that the existing solution has not been withdrawn from production - in such a case the Economic Operator may propose to replace the existing solution with another, new solution with no worse functions and technical parameters, and the Contracting Authority may accept such a proposal; 3) the statutory VAT rate has changed,2. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing in order to be valid.
