Description

The objective of this contract is to manage the SDIS 84 administrative IS servers and certain generic applications (MS Exchange, MS Skype, MS Always on, reverse proxy, etc.), in order to ensure continuity of service in the current outsourcing market. The services to be provided by the future market holder, in principle from 2.11.2020, on the servers of the administrative information system are as follows:- proactive supervision 24 hours a day and 7 days a week;- morning monitoring and alerting of the SDIS 84 service Desk in the event of an incident;- proactive maintenance of operational and security conditions;- processing of all requests for intervention by the service Desk, assigned to the outsourcing operator;- administration and operation of the servers;- more generally, all outsourcing tasks, in accordance with good information system management practices as defined by the ITIL standard;- a planned and controlled transfer of skills to the SDIS 84 IT teams, to enable them to progressively carry out all or part of the above tasks independently;- on a purchase order basis, management of IS evolution, in project mode (project management).
