Description
The purpose of the tender procedure is to conclude a framework agreement between Principal and Provider for the provision of ICT Hardware and additional services in a transparent manner. The Contracting Authority wishes to contract a total supplier that: - offers good purchasing conditions, - supplies the widest possible range of (A-) brands, - provides services related to the supply, - complies with current legislation and regulations, at least but not limited to quality, health and safety and environmental requirements.
