The Thuringian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (TMBJS) grants funding in accordance with this administrative regulation and in particular on the basis of- the Administrative Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Länder of 16 May 2019 on the DigitalPakt Schule 2019 to 2024 (hereinafter BLV). May 2019 on the DigitalPakt Schule 2019 to 2024 (hereinafter BLV),- Sections 23 and 44 of the Thuringian State Budget Code (ThürLHO) and the administrative regulations issued in relation thereto in the versions applicable from time to time,- the Thuringian Budget Act in the version applicable from time to time, and- the "Recommendations for equipping Thuringian schools with information and media technology" of 27 June 2019.Grants for the development of infrastructure to create and improve the conditions for the use of modern information and media technology in teaching at general and vocational schools in Thuringia (objective of the funding programme).In this regulation, the funding is divided into 4 areas:a) Establishment or improvement of digital networking in school buildings and on school grounds, including school servers as well as WLAN,b) Display and interaction devices (for example, interactive boards, displays along with associated control devices) for operation in schools,c) Digital work devices, especially for technical and scientific education or vocational training,d) School-bound mobile terminals (laptops, notebooks and tablets).The purpose of this call for tenders is to procure or supplement the equipment for 11 school locations in Thuringia. In lot 12, the procurement of the necessary Windows access licenses will be tendered on the basis of the entire school foundation.The tender is carried out in lots. Each lot corresponds to one school. Participation in the tender only for individual lots is possible. After the contract has been awarded, a settlement based on the lot must be made; it is not permissible to combine lots in the settlement.The delivery and installation must take place by 30.11.2021 at the latest. A delivery date during the Thuringian summer holidays is preferred.
Structural situationFurther details can be seen from the floor plans in the specifications.Upper floor:The server room with a small server cabinet is located on the upper floor. The PC room is connected via LAN. Room1, Room2 and Room 3 need to be connected via LAN, in Room 2 and Room 3 there are cable ducts under the windows. In room 1 these still have to be created.In all 3 rooms an access point should be provided.In front of the server room on the left in the staircase there is a shaft which connects all floors with each other. A server room with a 19" rack cabinet exists, which is to be replaced. A small room in the basement is being considered as the new server location. 1. supply the new server room with mains voltage from the main distribution board in the basement. This requires the laying of NYM 3x2.5 Cu, the installation of sockets, lighting and the necessary protection with Fi/LS in the main distribution board.2. a connection must be made from the data cabinet team room to the new server room. This will require running a data line between the two locations. In order to use the existing cable routes, fibre optics are proposed. This ensures interference immunity to the lines of the PV inverters. The SFP modules required for this are to be taken into account.3.
