Description

The subject matter of the present order is the purchase and delivery of computer and network equipment with software for SP ZOZ Zespół Hospitali Miejskich divided into 8 packages:The order regarding packages 1, 3 - 8 is realized within the project entitled: "Development of e-services in the area of health in the Municipal Hospital Complex in Chorzów" and is co-financed from external funds under the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (ROP WSL 2014-2020) for the priority axis: II Digital Silesia for the measure: 2.1 Support for the development of digital public services.The procurement for Package 2 is carried out from the own funds of SP ZOZ Municipal Hospital Complex.The Purchaser requires that the offered equipment is brand new, free from any defects and damages and is not subject to third party rights and meets all standards set for such goods by Polish law.
