Description

The subject of the contract covers the supply of computer and multimedia equipment. The scope of the task includes the purchase and delivery of the following equipment: 55" TV with a mobile exhibition stand 4 pcs., PC with a 27" LCD monitor - a set of 15 pcs., Laptop 17.3" 4 pcs., 1 rendering station 1 pc., A3 colour laser printer with a scanner 1 pc., 16 graphic tablet, Multimedia overhead projector 3 pcs,Graphic workstation: PC with LCD monitor 12 pcs,Projector 1 pcs,Laser plotter 1 pcs,3D scanner 1 pcs,LED TV 55" 2 pcs,Mobile rack for LCD TV 2 pcs,Network drive (matrix) 1 pcs,Graphic server for installation in a cabinet 1 pcs,A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex 1A to the ToR (Partial Task No. 1). Annex 1A to the ToR specifies the minimum parameters for Partial Task No. 1, which should correspond to the subject matter of the contract. When submitting a tender, the Bidder must offer, and if his tender is selected, also deliver the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. The Bidder shall deliver the subject matter of the contract by its own transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party at its own expense and risk. The equipment shall be delivered to the seat of the State University of Eastern European Studies in Przemyśl, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order be brand new, not previously used by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new full value, in accordance with applicable laws and standards, fully valuable, originating from the authorized sales channel of the manufacturer to the Polish, EU or European Economic Area market. The subject of the partial task No. 2 is the purchase of specialist software. Software for vector and raster graphics, photo editing, transforming bitmaps into vector graphics - CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019 or equivalent 32 pieces.Graphics software - Adobe Creative Cloud CC application package or equivalent 34 pieces.Mail handling software (server) with the integration of the pwsw.pl and pwsw.eu domains 1 piece.A detailed description of the subject of the order was presented in the description of the subject of the order constituting attachment No. 1 B to the ToR (partial task No. 2). Partial task No. 3 includes the purchase and delivery of photographic equipment. The scope includes, for example, equipment: Camera type A 3 pcs.Camera type B 1 pcs.Camera 1 pcs.Lens 18-200 mm 2 pcs.Lens 100 mm 2 pcs.Tripod tripod type A 3 pcs.Tripod type B 3 pcs.Lamp 1 pc. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been presented in the description of the subject of the order, constituting attachment 1 C to the ToR (Partial Task No. 3). Annex 1C to the ToR specifies the minimum parameters for Partial Task No. 3, which the subject of the order should meet. When submitting a tender, a Economic Operator must offer, and if his tender is selected, also provide the contract subject matter compliant with the Awarding Entity's requirements. The Awarding Entity requires that the contract subject matter offered be brand new, not previously used by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new, fully valuable, in accordance with the applicable laws and standards, coming from the authorized sales channel of the manufacturer to the Polish, EU or European Economic Area market.
