Description

The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and unloading at a place indicated by the Purchaser of computer equipment and the purchase and delivery of software together with a licence for remote control of computers and laptops. The subject matter of the order includes 3 packages: Package no. 1 - All in One PCs - 13 pieces; Package no. 2 - laptops - 8 pieces; Package no. 3 - software for remote control of computers and laptops together with a licence for the period of 12 months - 1 piece for a minimum of 10 active connections; Technical parameters have been specified in the technical parameters forms constituting, respectively, Appendix no. 3a / 3b / 3c to the ToR. Other information has been included in the ToR and its attachments.
1.1 The subject matter of the contract is the purchase, delivery and unloading of computer equipment at a place indicated by the Awarding Entity. The subject matter of the contract includes package no. 1 - All in One PCs - 13 units.The technical parameters have been specified in the technical parameter forms constituting Annex 3a to To ToR 1, respectively.In addition to delivery and commissioning, the subject matter of the contract also includes the granting of a 36-month warranty for the subject matter of delivery, covered by package no. 1, consisting in free of charge repair or replacement with new equipment covered by the contract in the event of any service defects, i.e. material or structural defects or non-fulfillment of service or quality functions, occurring within the warranty period. Repair or replacement of the subject of the agreement is carried out by a certified manufacturer of computer equipment at the headquarters of the Ordering Party no later than on the next working day from the notification of hardware failure. The warranty period shall run from the date of protocol transfer of the subject of the order to the Purchaser. Detailed technical description of the computer hardware is specified in the technical parameters form attached as Appendix 3a to the ToR. The subject matter of the contract offered by the Economic Operator must meet all technical conditions specified by the Contracting Authority in the ToR and its appendices.2.1.2. The subject matter of the contract is of good quality, complete, brand new, i.e. not used, not regenerated, not post-exhaustive, free from defects (including physical, aesthetic, constructional, legal), manufactured in 2020 in a complete condition and after installation ready for proper operation without any additional purchases of elements and accessories, complies with the technical requirements specified in Annex 3a to the ToR. Reconditioning and demonstration devices are not allowed. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to attach to the supplied equipment - package no. 1 - contact details of at least 2 services. The Contractor shall deliver to the Purchaser the computer equipment described above within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement.2.1.4. The Contractor shall deliver and run the software for remote control of computers and laptops within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement.2.1.5: informatyka@centrum-pediatrii.com.pl) the date (hour and day) of delivery of the equipment at least for min. 1 working day before delivery. Transport of the computer equipment both to the Principal's office and within the Principal's office rests with the Contractor and is at his expense.2.1.7..1.8. All risks related to the use of the subject of the contract including its accidental damage or loss shall be transferred to the Contracting Authority after signing without reservation the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. Other information contained in chapter III of the ToR and appendices thereto. The technical parameters have been specified in the technical parameters forms constituting Annex no. 3c to ToR 1, respectively..2 The subject matter of the order covered by package no. 3, apart from software delivery, also includes technical support, available at the telephone number or e-mail address indicated by the Contractor on each working day from 08:00 to 16:00 for the entire licence period, i.e. the period of one year under which a free technical support service will be provided, conducted in Polish for the holders of software licences for remote control of computers and laptops.1.3 The subject of the order covers also the scope of package no. 3 for the entire licence period, i.e. The subject matter of the order also covers the scope of Package No. 3 for the entire duration of the licence, i.e. the period of one year technical support consisting in: a) provision of free technical support in Polish at the indicated telephone number or e-mail address, on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the possibility of reporting the failure by e-mail or via the website if it occurred after technical support working hours; b) providing a response on the same day on which the report was made, or on the next working day if the report was made outside technical support working hours; c) solving the problem within one working day from the moment of responding to the failure report (e.g., the date of the report was made, the date of the report was made, the date of the report was made, and the date of the report was made, if it occurred outside technical support working hours). c) solve the problem within one working day from the moment of responding to the emergency call (e.g. when the response to the emergency call took place on Tuesday at 12.00, the correct deadline for solving the problem expires on Wednesday at 12.00; e.g. when the response to the emergency call took place on Friday at 12.00, the correct deadline for solving the problem expires on Monday at 12.00); d) update the software in accordance with the cycle of their release by the author of the software; e) perform other activities necessary for the proper operation of the subject of the order.2Detailed technical description of the software is specified in the technical parameters form attached as Appendix 3c to the ToR. The subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all technical conditions specified by the Contracting Authority in the ToR and its appendices.2.1.2. In the case of package no. 3, the Contractor is obliged to indicate the telephone number where a free technical assistance service is provided under the granted license.2.1.3..1.4 The Contractor shall deliver and run the software for remote control of computers and laptops within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement.2.1.5 The Contractor shall be obliged to agree with the Contracting Authority (IT Department tel. 32/720-77-95, e-mail: informatyka@centrum-pediatrii.com.pl) the date (hour and day) of delivery of the equipment at least for min. 1 working day before delivery. Delivery shall take place on a working day, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 07:30-13:00.2.1.6. Acceptance of the subject of the order shall be confirmed by a written delivery and acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both Parties.
