Description of the subject matter of the contract1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdansk University of Technology.2 The subject matter of the contract must be brand new, complete, of high standard in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from defects in materials and design, without prior exploitation and cannot be the subject of third-party rights.3The Ordering Party has divided the subject matter of the contract into 2 parts:Part 1 - Delivery of portable computers - Number of pieces 30The contract in the scope of part I will be granted within the project "Al Tech: Academy of innovative applications of digital technologies" financed from the funds of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020.Part 2 - Delivery of server - Number of pieces 1Bids may be submitted for all parts.4.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for all parts is contained in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdansk University of Technology as detailed below:Part 1 - Delivery of portable computers - Number of pieces 302The contract for Part I will be awarded under the project "Al Tech: Academy of innovative applications of digital technologies" funded by the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020.3. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the sample contracts constituting Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ.5 The Contractor may entrust part of the contract to a subcontractor. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Economic Operator to personally execute the key parts of the contract. If a part of the contract is to be subcontracted to a subcontractor, the Contracting Authority requires that the economic operator indicates in the tender the part of the contract he intends to subcontract to subcontractors and provides the name (business name) of the potential subcontractor, if known at this stage.6.The Contracting Authority demands that the following proofs of compliance of the offered supplies with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract be submitted with the tender: a description of the offered subject matter of the contract valid as of the date of submission of tenders, i.e. manufacturer's catalogue cards, manufacturer's/distributor's folders, print-outs from the manufacturer's/distributor's website or own descriptions indicating the model and type of components of the offered equipment. The description should confirm all the requirements for the subject matter of the contract specified in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority accepts submission of description in English. 8. If the contractor fails to submit such evidence or if the submitted evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for such evidence to be submitted or supplemented within the prescribed time limit, pursuant to provisions of art. 107 par. 2 of the PPL Act.10. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology, as specified in the following list: Part 2 - Delivery of a server - Number of pieces 12. The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the contracting authority's seat: Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, 11/12 Narutowicza Street, 80-233 Gdansk, building WETI A (No. 41), room 116.3. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for all parts is contained in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the sample contracts constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
