Description

Construction of a new building for training and storage of equipment on police station premises in Berlin-Charlottenburg, as general contractor with planning share. The structural design is still open, i.e. not specified. It is to be offered by the bidder to a large extent freely selectable, cost- and time-optimized. Building details: Special building in accordance with BauO Bln §2 (4), multi-purpose building without basement; building class 5. New building consists of ground floor base level and two building blocks arranged parallel to each other above it, house A ground floor - 4th floor and house B ground floor - 3rd floor (variant 4+5). The buildings are connected to each other centrally via a 3-story connecting building. Essential services to be provided: Earthworks, civil engineering, foundation works, complete construction of the building ready for occupancy with insulated curtain wall, windows, roof sealing, interior fittings, user-specific equipment, completely functional, ready for occupancy / turnkey.

Essential project data of the multi-purpose building to be erected are: Floors: up to 5 (ground floor and 3 or 4 upper floors), building class: 5, the building will not have a basement. Multi-purpose building: ground floor as base floor, building length: ground floor: 58.01 m, building depth: 41.01 m, house A: 55.01 m, house B: 58.01 m (external dimension), upper floors 15.41 m (external dimension, each house), 1.OG - 3. OG with connector, building height: house A: 15.42 m, house B: 18.95 m (OKG to OK Attika), GF: ground floor approx. 2,302 m2, OG's approx. 1,778 m2 (standard floor), BGF: approx. 8,485 m2, BRI: approx. 32,684 m3. Connecting building (1st floor to 3rd floor): Building length: 10.19 m (external dimension), building depth: 3.61 m (external dimension), building height: 11.09 m (OK EG to OK Attika), GF/BGF/BRI: included above. The load-bearing capacity of floor EG and the intermediate ceilings is to be planned with 5 KN/m2. Information on space requirements: The external dimensions of the building in width and length are not to be changed. The following specifications for floor areas must be observed:- at least 8.00 m2 per workstation, - if two room units are combined for 4 workstations, at least 33.00 m2, - in accordance with the Workplace ordinance and guidelines for sanitary facilities, - Teaching rooms are planned with an occupancy of 31 persons, - Floor area greater than 2 m2 per person and clear room height of at least 3 m, clear room height of - 3.00 m from the ground floor up to and including the 2nd floor and - 2.75 m on the 3rd and 4th floors after completion of the finishing work must be complied with. A fire protection concept is available. Notes: - The Contractor undertakes to subject all employees who are to work on the construction project and who enter the police property on its behalf after the contract has been awarded to a free background check by the State Criminal Police Office.
