France - Complete or partial construction and civil engineering works

Description

The purpose of this procedure is to award works contracts (civil engineering, heat-insulated piping, metalwork, electricity, automation, instrumentation, etc.) for the modernisation of works on the CPCU heating network.
Civil engineering works for the modernisation of works on the CPCU heating network, namely:- uncovering/recovery works,- works to create or relocate ventilation and access,- steel treatment works and concrete recovery,- waterproofing works. Pipework/insulation for the modernization of CPCU's heating network, namely: - modification of pipes and valves, - insulation work in accordance with the standard in force. Electricity/automation/instrumentation works for the modernisation of CPCU's heating network works, namely:- connection of works to the Enedis electricity network;- creation/modification of electricity distribution boards;- monitoring of initial visits by a control body mandated by CPCU;- creation/modification of cable routing;- creation/modification of automation systems;- installation of lighting, actuators, instrumentation, etc.; - modernisation of remote monitoring.
