Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Communications Training Workshops to give operators and support personnel a common framework to speak and write clear, concise, compelling messages that prompt thoughtful consideration, questions, responses, decisions, and actions. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $25,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $2,000,000.00

The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $11M.
A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at the FBO website. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Information on SAM may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov.
