Description

The concession provider intends to commission the construction and operation of an area-wide high-speed network and the provision of retail services in the project area in order to provide broadband telecommunications services to all citizens, businesses and institutions in the sub-areas of the project area described in more detail below. The concession provider has submitted an application for funding under the federal government's funding program "Funding to Support Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and under the "Guidelines for the Promotion of Broadband Expansion in the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania". Preliminary funding decisions from the federal and state governments have already been issued. Details can be found in the award documents, which can be downloaded from [https://www.dtvp.de/Satellite/notice/CXSQYY6YYHF/documents].Award criteria:Total points to be achieved = 1,000, of which:1) Level of the economic efficiency gap - max. 200 points;2) Network expansion in the district Supply rates) - max. 100 points;3) Sustainability and security of the network infrastructure - max. 200 points;4) Technical concept, technical service - max. 350 points;5) End-customer products - max. 100 points;6) Quality of the marketing and sales concept - max. 50 points.2 If two or more bids have the same number of points, evaluation criterion 2 (network expansion in the district) should be decisive for the ranking of the bidders. If there is still equality of points, the following ranking and order of the evaluation criteria apply: 3 (sustainability and security of the network infrastructure), 4 (technical concept, technical service); 5 (end customer products); 6 (quality of the marketing and sales concept). If there is still equality of points, the concession will be awarded to the bidder with the smaller economic efficiency gap (evaluation criterion 1) in euros and cents.
