Description

The district of Wolfenbüttel invites tenders for the supply, installation and operation of a communications solution as part of the competitive dialogue. In addition to the head office in Wolfenbüttel, further external locations in the district are to be supplied. Only a managed service model for the operation of the overall solution is aimed at. Total scope of services: 3xS2M, approx. 540 IP terminals, 35 a/b subscribers, use of the existing MPLS WLAN infrastructure from htp GmbH, mixed form 3 or 4-digit numbering plan, 2x switching stations, applications (integration into existing Microsoft environment), operating concept: use of redundant appliances by the operator in the Wolfenbüttel district hall and an external location incl. Provision of TC applications on site, voicemail, fax integration, CTI and presence, mobile phone integration, home office, service center, administration, training, documentation, help desk, commercial basis: Managed service model with a term of 96 months.
