Description

The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 1 is the delivery of WS berets - in quantity: 1 518 pcs.2. The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria): until 31.8.2020 or 30.9.2020 or 30.11.20203.. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated the highest to submit the following documents within at least 10 days:1) specimens of WS (field) berets in size 56, one piece each in the required colour:- dark green 19-0415 TCX,- grey 16-3801 TCX,- black 19-4004 TCX;2) results of tests of the basic fabric confirmed by an accredited laboratory stating the requirements included in point 3 tables 1, 2, 3 of WTU No. 109/DKWS and the declaration of conformity of parameters of the offered product with the entries included in WTU 109/DKWS. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 2 is the delivery of WS - in quantity: 1 510 kpl.2. The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the offer evaluation criteria): until 31.8.2020 or 30.9.2020 or 30.11.20203.. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity, the Awarding Entity shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest level to submit the following documents within at least 10 days:1) WS size "L" specimens of the WS size exercise heaters in the required colours, one set of each:- black 19-4006 TCX,- olive 19-0309TCX,- coyote 18-0724 TCX;2) results of tests of the basic fabric, confirmed by an accredited laboratory stating the requirements included in Tables 8 and 9 and the declaration of conformity of parameters of the offered product with the entries included in WTU 100/DKWS. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 3 is the delivery of protective clothing WS - in quantity: 1 165 cpl.2. The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the offer evaluation criteria): until 31.8.2020 or 30.9.2020 or 30.11.20203.In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity, the Awarding Entity shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:1) specimen of one piece of protective clothing with a warming agent in size 104/178/94;2) results of tests of the laminate and knitted fabric of the warming agent, confirmed by an accredited laboratory stating the requirements contained in tables 1 and 3 and a declaration of compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions contained in WTU 101/DKWS. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 4 is the delivery of WS camouflage suits - in quantity: 4 720 cpl.2. The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the offer evaluation criteria): until 31.8.2020 or 30.9.2020 or 30.11.20203.In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity, the Awarding Entity shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated the highest to submit, within at least 10 days, the following documents:1) specimen of one set of the WS training suit in camouflage in size M/R blouse and trousers 32/Regular.2) the results of tests on the basic fabric confirmed by an accredited laboratory stating the requirements contained in tables A1; A2; A and the declaration of conformity of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions contained in WTU 117/DKWS. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 5 is the delivery of fireplace stoves made of WS - in quantity: 600 pieces 2. The contract shall be executed on time according to the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria): until 31.8.2020 or 30.9.2020 or 30.11.20203.In order to confirm that the subject matter of the contract offered meets the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity, the Awarding Entity shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest level to submit the following documents within at least 10 days:1) specimen of one WS size L.2) results of tests of the basic knitted material, confirmed by an accredited laboratory confirming the requirements specified in item 1). VI Table 2-9 and the declaration of compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions of WTU 72/DKWS.
