Description
The agreement consists of the rental of the hot beverage dispensers and the supply of ingredients and accessories. The contracting authority has deliberately merged the contract. Market research has shown that the sale of ingredients is the most interesting part of the contract. The contracting authority expects to achieve financial and organisational benefits by marketing the tender as a single contract. The coffee suppliers are sufficiently large to be able to bid for such a contract. In addition, the coffee machines and the ingredients are 2 parts that are very closely linked to each other.
