Description

Work to improve the watertightness of the lower and upper surfaces of the inner wall using an EDF-approved watertight coating based on reinforced epoxy resin.
The contract concerns the implementation of waterproofing coatings on the lower and upper surfaces of the inner enclosure of the 1300 MW BR reactor buildings at the Belleville, Cattenom and Golfech (upper surface work) and Flamanville (lower surface work) sites. The objective of these works is to improve the watertightness of the reactor building internal enclosures by applying reinforced epoxy resin coatings coded PLK352 and PLK353 in the CCTR and registered in the EDF National Paint File (FNP).The attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact that a deficiency in the quality of execution of the services for which they are responsible could handicap the achievement of the required level of safety of the installation, evaluated through the Enclosure Tests (EE) planned during the Ten-Year Visits.A summary presentation of the services is attached in RFx_107172.Estimated surfaces : -Extrados Belleville 1 = approximately 2500 m² of cask, approximately 700 m² of dome repair, approximately 1200 m² of gallery,-Extrados Cattenom 1-2-4 = approximately 2100 m² of dome (per tranche),-Extrados Golfech 1 = approximately 1000 m²,-Extrados Golfech 2 = approximately 2100 m² of dome,-Intrados Flamanville 1 = approx. 750 m² of replacement of the lining around the Equipment Access Buffer, approx. 1700 m² of cask, - Intrados Flamanville 2 = approx. 650 m² of replacement of the lining around the Equipment Access Buffer. The contract concerns the installation of waterproofing coatings on the lower and upper surfaces of the inner enclosures of the 1300 MW and N4 BR reactor buildings at the Belleville, Cattenom, Golfech and Civaux sites (lower surfaces) and Flamanville, Penly and Civaux (upper surfaces). The objective of these interventions is to improve the watertightness of the internal enclosures of the Reactor Buildings (RB) by applying to the internal enclosure reinforced epoxy resin coatings coded PLK352 and PLK353 in the CCTR and registered in the EDF National Paint File (FNP).The attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact that a deficiency in the quality of execution of the services for which they are responsible could handicap the achievement of the required level of safety of the installation, evaluated through the Enclosure Tests (EE) planned during the Ten-Year Visits.A summary presentation of the services is attached in RFx_107172.Estimated surfaces : -Intrados Belleville 1 = approx. 400 m²,-Intrados Cattenom 2 = approx. 500 m² replacement of the lining around the Equipment Access Buffer, approx. 600 m² at the level of the Toric Sub-belt,-Intrados Cattenom 3 = approx. 50 m² replacement of the lining around the Equipment Access Buffer, Intrados Civaux 2 = approximately 600 m² at the level of the Toric Sub-Belt,-Intrados Golfech 1 = approximately 1000 m²,-Extrados Civaux 2 = approximately 2100 m² of dome,-Extrados Flamanville 1 = approximately 2000 m²,-Extrados Penly 1-2 = approximately 2100 m² of dome (by tranche). The contract concerns the implementation of waterproofing coatings on the extrados of the inner enclosure of the Reactor Buildings of the 1300 MW and N4 BR inner enclosures on the Nogent and Chooz sites. The objective of these interventions is to improve the waterproofing of the inner enclosures of the Reactor Buildings (BR) by applying to the inner enclosure coatings based on reinforced epoxy resin coded PLK353 in the CCTR and registered in the EDF National Paint File (FNP).The attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact that a deficiency in the quality of execution of the services for which they are responsible could handicap the achievement of the required level of safety of the installation, evaluated through the Enclosure Tests (EE) planned during the Ten-Year Visits.A summary presentation of the services is attached in RFx_107172.Estimated surface areas: -Extrados Nogent 1-2 = approximately 2100 m² of dome (per unit), -Extrados Chooz 1-2 = approximately 2100 m² of dome (per unit).
