Description

The CONTRACTOR shall allow for the submission of partial tenders, each of which shall be evaluated separately by the CONTRACTOR according to the rules described in the PCA. The contract has been divided into parts, according to the description in annex no. 1.1 - no. 1.6 to the ToR. Each CONTRACTOR may submit a tender for any part(s) of its choice. The individual parts of the subject matter of the contract shall comply with the required number of assortments and in the quantities specified in the ToR. The subject matter of the contract shall comply with the technical, functional and quality parameters specified by the CONTRACTOR as specified in the description constituting Annexes 2, 2.1 and 1.1 - 1.6 to the ToR. Whenever the subject matter of an order is described in this EPC, indicating the trade marks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products supplied by a particular CONTRACTOR, if this could lead to favouring or eliminating certain CONTRACTOR or products, such indications shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The CONTRACTOR, when describing the subject matter of the contract, on the basis of the disposition set forth in Article 29 of the PPL, indicated a trademark or origin due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract and the impossibility to describe it exhaustively with precise and understandable terms. The CONTRACTOR shall require that the ordered subject matter of the contract is delivered by the CONTRACTOR not earlier than 5 working days and not later than 40 working days after sending the written request. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries correspond to the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall have a quality management system in place for the production and/or marketing of working clothes and personal protective equipment. Document for confirmation - current certificate confirming the implementation of a quality management system compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (PN-EN ISO 9001:2015) in the scope of production and/or trade of working clothes and personal protective equipment. Confirm that the objects of the order meet the specific requirements contained in the individual directives of the new approach providing for CE marking - does not apply to the offered objects from Part I item 1-4 (table) - Annex No. 1.1. document for confirmation - declarations of conformity confirming that the objects of the order meet the specific requirements, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/425 of 9 March 2016. on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/689/EEC - does not apply to the offered items from Part I item 1-4 (table) - Annex No. 1.1. Confirm the compliance with the parameters (in particular: composition, type, weight of fabric) and other requirements - applies to all offered items. Document for confirmation - photographs, prospectuses, catalogue, samples, specimens in accordance with the contents of the ToR. The required documents shall be presented by the contractor pursuant to art. 26 sec. 1 of the PPL Act. The Contracting Authority shall allow for submitting partial offers, each of which shall be evaluated by the Contracting Authority separately, according to the principles described in the ToR. Describing the subject matter of the order by means of trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process which characterizes the products delivered to the ORDER, the ORDER shall thus determine the quality, technical and functional parameters which materials must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the ORDER. The CONTRACTOR shall thus consider as equivalent any product with the parameters indicated or better. The term "parameters" shall be understood as functionality, purpose, materials, shape, safety and strength. The CONTRACTOR requires that the offered object of the order be marked with a barcode - in accordance with the DECISION No. 3/MON OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENCE of January 3, 2014 on the guidelines defining the requirements for barcode marking of products supplied to the Ministry of National Defence. The subject of the order shall be a new product, unused, complete and free from defects in materials and design, of very good quality, made in a careful manner from materials of stabilized shrinkage, resistant to damage, ready for use, in accordance with the assortment description and packed and marked as indicated in Annex 1.1 to 1.6 describing in detail the individual subjects of the order. Delivery (one-time) within 30 working days from signing the contract.
