Detailed description of the subject of the contractDescription of the subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 2 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract. The subject matter of the contract should also be performed on the basis of the price form (Annex 3, 3a, 3b, 3c - basis) and (3.1, 3a.1 price form - right of option) to the ToR, separate for each part of the contract) and on the basis of WDTT (military technical and technological documentation). An economic operator should have all rights necessary to perform the said subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract indicated in part 2 of the contract shall be executed according to a specific template of the subject matter binding at the Ministry of National Defence, in accordance with the military technical and technological documentation (WDTT) in force and in compliance with the subject matter models binding at the Ministry of National Defence.
