Open procedure, with award criterion of the "lowest price" pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the supply of clothing and equipment, all better specified in point II.2) of this notice and in the official tender documentation available on the website: www.gdf.gov.it, in the "calls for tenders" section and on the website: www.acquistinretepa.it in the appropriate section dedicated to this procedure. Decree or decision to contract: n. 206768 dated 13.8.2020.
Lot No 1: (CIG: 8408704A0C) - Single inseparable lot (two items) total amount up to a maximum of EUR 1 010 000,00 (VAT included) of which EUR 510 000,00 (immediately contracted) + EUR 500 000,00 (right of option):a) "summer cotton socks" - up to a maximum of EUR 300 000,00;b) "winter wool socks" - up to a maximum of EUR 210 000,00. Lot No 2: (CIG: 84087396EF) - Single inseparable lot, overall amount up to a maximum of EUR 280 000,00 (VAT included) for 'cotton belts with buckle plate'. Lot No 3: (CIG: 8408750005) - Single inseparable lot, total amount up to and including VAT of EUR 240 000,00 for 'dark grey ties'. Lot No 4: (IGC: 8408761916) - Single inseparable lot, total amount up to and including EUR 620 000,00 (VAT included) of which EUR 420 000,00 (immediately contracted) + EUR 200 000,00 (pre-emption right), for 'cut-resistant operating gloves'. Lot No 5: (IGC: 8408770086) - Single inseparable lot, total amount up to and including EUR 450 000,00 (VAT included) of which EUR 250 000,00 (immediately contracted) + EUR 200 000,00 (pre-emptive right), for 'summer operating caps'.
