Description

This invitation to tender is being issued in accordance with the procedure: open invitation to tender - Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 of the Code de la commande publique. The purpose of this contract is the supply of promotional items marked mainly in accordance with the graphic charter of the Métropole Nice-Côte d'Azur or any other signage that may be required during the performance of the contract in order to promote it at various events or functions, whether or not organised by the Métropole Nice-Côte d'Azur.
Framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount in value. Minimum amount: EUR 10 000 excluding VAT. Maximum amount: EUR 100 000 excluding VAT. Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months. Start of the contract: on notification of the contract. The time limit for performance of each service shall be indicated in the order form or, where appropriate, in the CCTP.
