Lot 1: CIG 830196998A amount based on tender 109 058 603,93 EUR plus VAT,- Lot 2: CIG 83020013F4 amount based on tender 118 941 396,07 EUR plus VAT.The amounts indicated are inclusive of the option to repeat similar services referred to in point II.2.11.
Open procedure pursuant to Articles 60, 95, 122, 123 and 133 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as amended and supplemented, for the award of the environmental service integrated in the building complexes of the railway stations of lot 1 consisting in the performance of ordinary, periodic and extraordinary cleaning, maintenance of green areas, waste management and on-demand activities such as clearing and disposal of waste, porterage, snow removal, anti-graffiti treatments, removal of birds.During the entire duration of the contract, the client may modify the surfaces or the frequency and/or periodicity of the activities by arranging temporary or permanent variations, according to the terms and conditions indicated in art. 2 of the contract outline. Open procedure pursuant to art. 60, 95, 122, 123 and 133 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions for the assignment of the environmental service integrated in the building complexes of the railway stations of lot 2 consisting in the execution of ordinary, periodic and extraordinary cleaning, maintenance of green areas, waste management and on-demand activities such as clearing and disposal of waste, porterage, snow removal, anti-graffiti treatments, removal of birds and maintenance of the permanent access system on the facade at Roma Tiburtina railway station.During the entire duration of the contract, the client may modify the surfaces or the frequency and/or periodicity of the activities by arranging temporary or permanent variations, according to the terms and conditions indicated in art. 2 of the contract outline.
