Description

The subject matter of the contract is the selection of a company for the provision of cleaning services of the premises of the Collegium Witelona State University in Legnica.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract.
The subject matter of the contract is the cleaning service of the premises of Collegium Witelona State University in Legnica (hereinafter referred to as the "University") consisting in the performance of cleaning works listed in part II of Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract with the frequency specified by the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to provide services in a manner adapted to the work of the University and not to disrupt its operation (the Ordering Party indicates that the University works from 7:00 to 21:00, however, if there is a need to provide services outside the indicated hours, this fact will be agreed with the Contractor). The Contractor shall adjust the working hours of employees to the schedule of classes in the various teaching rooms of the University. (2) The Contracting Authority requires that at least 15 persons, each of whom has experience in providing cleaning services, be directed to perform the contract, with the following breakdown by facility:- building A - 6 persons- building C - 5 persons- building E - 2 persons- building D - 2 persons3. The Contracting Authority, notwithstanding the requirement in item. 2, requires the referral to the contract of one person acting as a Coordinator, who will organize and supervise the work performed by the persons indicated in item. 4 hours a day (in the hour range 7.00-15.00). 2 and over the quality of services provided. 4.The Employer requires that the contract be carried out for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week in the period October-June and 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday, in the period July-September.5.The Employer indicates that the Contractor, in order to properly carry out the contract, is obliged to keep all areas clean on an ongoing basis with the frequency of performance specified by the Employer for each building. In the case of activities with a specified frequency of performance as "daily", the Contractor shall be obliged to keep the University's internal premises clean on an ongoing basis.6. In the case of activities performed at an annual frequency (i.e. once/two/three times a year), the exact timing of the service shall be agreed upon by the Employer in consultation with the Contractor. 7.The Employer requires that the Contractor has at his disposal a minimum of 3 multifunctional cleaning equipment during the execution of the contract.8.The Employer requires to provide and use for the execution of the contract appropriate materials and professional cleaning agents of established quality standards, having the required approvals, declarations of conformity, permits, entry in the relevant registers, allowed for use in educational facilities in Poland. All materials, tools and equipment and cleaning products necessary for the proper execution of the contract shall be provided by the Contractor within the offered price, with the exception of toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels supplied by the Employer.9. The Contractor shall use cleaning products and tools appropriate to the surface to be cleaned and the type of equipment/equipment to be cleaned with due diligence.10. Due to the holiday break, the Employer will limit the scope of services provided during the period from July 1 to September 30 of each year of the Agreement: - Building A (5A Sejmowa St.) - by 50% per month;- Building C (5C Sejmowa St.) - by 60% per month;- Building D (5D Sejmowa St.) - by 70% per month.11. The Contracting Authority informs that due to the holiday break, the services constituting the subject of the contract will not be provided during the period from July 1 to September 30 of each Contract year in Building E at 5E Sejmowa St.. The Contractor will not be entitled to remuneration for this period.
