Description

The contract covers:a) regular cleaning work;b) periodic cleaning work;c) periodic floor cleaning work;d) window cleaning work;e) supplying sanitary facilities;f) deploying facility support staff.You should base your tender on the cleaning programme shown in Appendix G. You should also take account in your tender of staff offered by the current supplier (see Appendix H). Your tender should also take account of the staff offered for takeover by the current supplier (see Appendix H). After these years, the Client has the option of extending the contract seven times for a period of one year.
This concerns the cleaning of the 18 locations of the Municipality of Midden-Drenthe.
