Demand-oriented maintenance cleaning of various properties of Stadtwerke Augsburg and its companies. (Holding, Energy, Water, Networks, Transport, KreativWerk);approx. 41 properties Of which - approx. 13 administrative buildings (maximum value 12,000 sqm for one building)- approx. 6 residential buildings (maximum value approx. 250 sqm for one building)- approx. 7 workshop buildings (maximum value approx. 6,500 sqm for one building)- approx. 14 technical buildings (approx. 250 sqm per building)---;Cleaning areas in total approx. 50,000 sqm, the annual area to be cleaned covers approx. 4 million sqm Cleaning takes place mostly outside working hours from 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.On weekends and holidays, restroom cleaning is necessary at 3-4 properties.The cleaning cycle is possible from once a day to every six months.
