Description

The consultation is being carried out by means of a European open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2120-1, R. 2124-2-1º, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Order Code for lots 1 and 2. For lot 3, "mini-lot" (Articles L. 2120-1, R. 2122-8 of the Public Order Code) is the subject of a consultation without a call for competition. For lot 4, "petit-lot" (Articles L. 2120-1, R. 2123-1-2º, L. 2113-12 and L. 2113-13 of the Public Order Code) is the subject of a consultation by adapted procedure Lot reserved for adapted companies, establishments and services providing assistance through work or equivalent structures. Single-award framework agreement with order forms, with a minimum and a maximum amount and without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount excluding VAT, depending on the lot, broken down into four lots. The supplies must be delivered to the various sites of the Department of Seine-Maritime indicated on each order form.
Minimum annual amount: EUR 40 000,00 excluding tax - Maximum annual amount: EUR 250 000,00 excluding tax. No minimum amount with a maximum annual amount: EUR 100 000,00 excluding tax. No minimum amount with a maximum annual amount: EUR 5 000,00 excluding tax.
