Description

The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning, including: 1) maintenance of cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (including stairwells, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycle rooms); 2) maintenance of cleanliness and order in the external areas (paved and green areas, among others. sidewalks, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, flower beds, playgrounds, areas under trash garbage cans, landscaping equipment) including maintenance (pruning, weeding, watering) of greenery and snow removal in winter and putting out trash garbage cans at designated properties; 3) mowing of lawns, together with removal and disposal of the resulting waste (in accordance with applicable laws); 4) ad hoc cleaning of properties, including care of greenery or additional grass cutting; in properties managed by the Municipal Housing Management Company in Katowice, for the areas indicated for each part separately. The contract is divided into 14 parts.
Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of properties located in the districts of Bogucice, Dąb, Wełnowiec-Józefowiec and administered by EB-1.The order includes comprehensive cleaning:1)maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in common parts of buildings (including stairwells, corridors, cellars, dryers, attics, bicycle rooms); 2)maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor areas (paved and green areas, among others. sidewalks, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, flower beds, playgrounds, areas under trash garbage cans, landscaping equipment) including maintenance (pruning, weeding, watering) of greenery and snow removal during the winter and putting out trash garbage cans at designated properties; 3)mowing lawns with removal and disposal of the resulting waste (in accordance with applicable laws); 4) ad hoc cleaning of properties, including care of greenery or additional grass cutting; 5) snow removal and removal of icicles from canopies over the entrance to buildings. The current areas covered by the contract are: indoor area in the buildings: 20,517.67 m2, area of outdoor areas 99,802.14 m2, including the area of lawns 45,091.00 m2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract with annexes, where the areas inside the buildings (Appendix No. 1.1 to the draft provisions of the contract), the external areas, including the areas of lawns to be mowed (Appendix No. 2.1 to the draft provisions of the contract), the standards for the provision (activities, frequency) of services (Appendix 3 to the draft provisions of the contract) and other information defining the size and scope of the subject matter of the order are specified. The Contractor undertakes that the persons (called janitors) appointed to perform the contract in the scope of activities related to the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order will be, during the term of the contract, employed on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended) by the Contractor or Subcontractor. The Contracting Authority stipulates that employment on the basis of an employment relationship should continue uninterruptedly throughout the period of execution of the contract, with at least the minimum monthly labor remuneration, determined in accordance with generally applicable regulations on the amount of minimum labor remuneration. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that subcontractors also meet all requirements with respect to persons employed on a labor contract. The Contracting Authority does not require the employment on an employment basis of persons performing ad hoc work related to grass cutting, plant care, snow removal or window cleaning, as well as activities related to the coordination of the performance of services. The requirement does not apply to, among others, natural persons engaged in business activities, incumbent members of the management or supervisory bodies of the Contractor, partners in a general partnership or partnership, to the extent that they will personally perform services for the Ordering Party or the Contractor. The current areas covered by the order are: the area of outdoor areas 121,655.55 m2, including the area of lawns 68,559.95 m2. The Contracting Authority stipulates that employment on the basis of an employment relationship should continue uninterruptedly throughout the period of execution of the contract, with at least the minimum monthly labor remuneration, determined in accordance with generally applicable regulations on the amount of minimum labor remuneration. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that subcontractors also meet all requirements with respect to persons employed on a labor contract. The Contracting Authority does not require the employment on an employment basis of persons performing ad hoc work related to grass cutting, plant care, snow removal or window cleaning, as well as activities related to the coordination of the performance of services. The method of documenting the employment of persons performing the above-mentioned activities under an employment contract, the powers to control the fulfillment of the requirement of employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or a subcontractor, as well as sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, are specified in the draft provisions of the contract. Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of properties located in districts administered by EB-5. The contract includes comprehensive cleaning:1)maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness in common parts of buildings (including stairwells, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycle rooms);2)maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor areas (paved and green areas, among others. sidewalks, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, flower beds, playgrounds, areas under trash garbage cans, landscaping) including maintenance (trimming, weeding, watering) of greenery and snow removal during the winter and putting out trash garbage cans at designated properties;3)mowing of lawns with removal and disposal of the resulting waste (in accordance with applicable laws);4)ad hoc cleaning of properties, including maintenance of greenery or additional grass cutting.5)snow removal and removal of icicles from canopies over the entrance to buildings. The contract includes comprehensive cleaning:1) maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of common parts of the buildings (among others. staircases, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycle rooms);2) maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of external areas (paved areas, among others, sidewalks, internal roads, areas under trash garbage cans, landscaping equipment) and snow removal during the winter and putting out trash garbage cans in the indicated properties;3) ad hoc cleaning of properties;5)snow removal and removal of icicles from the roofs over the entrances to the buildings. The current areas are as follows: indoor area in buildings: 1877.83 m2, area of outdoor areas 407.69 m2; .
