CLEANING AND CAMERA INSPECTION OF SEWER PIPES
The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for a contract to inspect a number of storm and sanitary sewer pipes and to carry out additional work such as obstruction boring and cleaning, all as described in the call for tenders documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of April 24, 2019, by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (ESTS) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the Internet site www.seao.ca by calling the notice number ING-160519-A. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the SEAO.
Regardless of the method of shipment that the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, in order to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "ING-160519-A - Bid for camera inspection of 2019 sewer pipes" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 16, 2019, in the office of the Director of Procurement of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received in accordance with the standards will be opened publicly by the person authorized for this purpose, along with two witnesses, in the office of the Director of Procurement of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on May 16, 2019 at 11:10 a.m.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque for an amount representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, including all taxes.

The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders.
