Title: Professional services in civil / structural engineering for the replacement of the perimeter drainage and the renovation of the courtyard and storm drainage - École Des Ormeaux

3. Summary description of services required :

The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a professional civil/structural engineering firm for the replacement of the perimeter drainage and renovation of the storm drainage yard for Des Ormeaux Elementary School, located at 2825 Dollard Street, Laval, QC, H7E 1S8.

École Des Ormeaux is an elementary school built in 1965. It is a classified modern heritage building (municipal bylaw).

The firm with the highest score, following a qualitative evaluation by the members of the selection committee, will be awarded the mandate(s) for the project(s) in question by means of a notice of award. Contract documents and other information may be obtained from the Government of Quebec's SEAO tendering site at www.seao.gouv.qc.ca.

Consequently, this call for tenders is open only to professional firms qualified internally by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION following the following qualification process: 2023/24-197.

Contract start date: September 25, 2024

Contract end date: September 30, 2026

4. Evaluation questionnaire :

The bidder must answer the evaluation criteria according to the presentation rules indicated in appendix 7.00 "Evaluation questionnaire".

In the interest of fairness between bidders, the selection committee reserves the right not to evaluate an evaluation criterion whose response does not comply with the format set out in this questionnaire (font, size and number of pages).

5. Tender guarantee :

No bid security is required for this tender.

Performance security :

No performance bonds are required for this tender.

8. Receipt of bids :

All bids must be received at the address of the Public Agency, for a public opening at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.

Deadline for receipt of bids: July 12, 2024 before 10:00:00 a.m.

Public opening of bids: immediately after the deadline for receipt of bids.
