The Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH (AVG) is building a new building with office and service space and small-scale retail with a gross floor area of approx. 36,470 sqm (including underground car park) on its own premises on Durlacher Allee in Karlsruhe. Surroundings, soil exchange in tree quarters (roadside greenery) for the installation of overbuildable tree substrate, preparation of later vegetation areas and removal of soils, accompanied by sampling and removal of these, - inspection of compacted working areas along the underground car park and post-compaction with documentation,- Drainage works, installation of box gutters and slotted gutters on substructured and non-substructured surfaces as well as laying of drainage pipes made of polypropylene (PP-MD) with connections to main collector manufactured on site,- Base course installation for pavement surfaces on substructure/non-substructure surfaces,- Production of pavements (asphalt and concrete stone paving surfaces) with edgings (concrete low shelves, steel edges),- Production of new pavement and parking areas, edgings from low shelves as well as high shelves,- Preparation of track construction work in front of operating hall T3,- Civil engineering work for pipeline laying,- Production of irrigation system.- Supply and installation of equipment, including:-- seat upstands made of concrete,-- fence fences,-- single and double leaf gates and sliding / folding gates,- vegetation technology work including planting, seeding, maintenance work.
