Description

The following services are the main part of this tender:- Construction and maintenance of a construction site logistics area (construction site equipment. construction road, storage and loading areas),- provision of scaffolding and protective enclosures,- demolition of all installations of the viaduct arches and basement structures,- demolition of massive workshop buildings,- renovation of the viaducts (masonry and concrete) including the foundations (sealing work),- renovation of steel construction bridge portals including new construction of all support feet,- corrosion protection of the steel construction bridge portals,- earthworks to level the ground level.Execution of the work of the 1st construction phase:07/20-05/21Execution of the work of the 2nd construction phase:11/20-11/21During the entire construction period, regular railway operations will take place on underground line 2. All work that may affect the regular operations of BVG or that takes place in the immediate vicinity of the tracks or in the track area being used is permitted exclusively during the non-operating hours from approx. 1:30 to 3:30 a.m. In parts of the operating rooms and workshops of the base structure, it is also to be assumed that during the construction work, the rooms will be used on a daily basis in accordance with the working day. The highest utilization is expected from Monday to Friday in the period from 6:00 to 15:00. For the work described below, the execution in single-shift operation must be calculated. A daily working time of 8 hours is to be provided for.earthworks:Due to the use of the premises and the site as a workshop, a load in area Z 2 is to be assumed.quantity for disposal: approx. 3 500 m3quantity for installation: approx. 5 600 m3traffic route construction work:quantity: approx. 2 800 m2wall work:The work is carried out on the outer and inner surfaces of the viaducts on wall and ceiling surfaces. The specifications of the monument protection authorities must be strictly adhered to for all work. Quantity: approx. 6,300 m2Concrete and concrete maintenance work: In some cases, reinforced concrete supports, beams or individual foundations must be constructed in the viaduct arches. The main concrete work is carried out in the area of the steel columns. There the existing foundations will be provided with new foundation heads. Quantity: approx. 250 m3Steel construction work: 2 steel portals are being rehabilitated below the U2 underground line. This involves removing the old corrosion protection (mainly by blasting) and replacing it with a new one. Furthermore all bridge bearings will be replaced by new ones (8 pieces). In the area of the viaduct arches, existing profiles are renovated or dismantled. Profiles to be preserved will be given new corrosion protection.the work will be carried out during ongoing underground operations.quantity of steel: approx. 10 tquantity of corrosion protection: approx. 400 m2of sealing work:all foundations of the existing structure are to be resealed after their exposure. The waterproofing is usually carried out in two layers on a bitumen basis in accordance with the planning specifications of the AG.quantity: 780 m2Metal construction work:Within the viaduct arches, the installation of a protection against climbing over to the adjoining properties is planned after the renovation.quantity: approx. 680 m2 visible areaScaffolding work:Quantity of working scaffolding: approx. 4,000 m2 visible areaAmount of tunnel Handling: approx. 420 m2Demolition and dismantling work: The aim of the demolition and dismantling work is the complete dismantling of all installations and extensions in the viaduct arches. Essentially, drywall constructions, steel structures, ceiling constructions, floor slabs including floor structures, old waterproofing, plaster, coatings, windows and doors are demolished. Due to the age and use of the premises and the site as a workshop, it is to be assumed that the demolition materials are contaminated with harmful substances. quantity: approx. 12 500 m3 of enclosed space.
