Description

The purpose of this contract is to
- the supply and transport of natural gas to the delivery points listed in Annex 1 belonging to the municipality of Martigues, the estimated annual gas consumption is estimated at 7 200 Mwh Pcs. Natural gas will be used mainly for heating and domestic hot water production in communal buildings,
- access to networks under the single contract. The contract is a framework agreement with maximum purchase orders, processed at unit prices applicable to the services actually performed throughout the duration of the contract. The tariff includes a flat-rate part and a variable part linked to actual consumption.
Form of contract: purchase orders with maximum. Award of a single market. Estimated amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 925 000. Total quantity of services for the duration of the framework agreement: maximum 24 900 Mwh Pcs.
