Delivery, installation, decoration, removal and storage of end-of-year lighting and spans for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.Explanation: During the winter period, the centre of the city of Mechelen will always be decorated in an original and atmospheric way. On the basis of these specifications, we would like to ask the interested companies to submit a proposal on how they would achieve this. The submitted proposal will be assessed on concept, design & creativity (diversification over the different years), sustainability (ecological and quality), intervention time, flexibility (minor adaptations depending on the situation that year), compliance with the legislation and a mandatory site visit (attestation B).The (rental) agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years (Christmas period 2019,2020,2021,2022 and 2023)The contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Shopping streets inner cityLot 2 - Squares and hotspots inner cityLot 3 - Decoration Christmas marketLot 4 - Hotspots boroughsLot 5 - Christmas trees and lighting/decoration in various placesLot 6 - Valentine conceptThe 6 lots will be allocated to the same company in order to preserve the uniformity of the concept. place of service all lots: Various locations: see Technical regulations for list of delivery addresses, 2800 Mechelen.
