RECIRCULATING COOLER

CanmetENERGY Devon of Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) has a requirement for the Supply, delivery, and offloading of one (1) Recirculating Cooler that meet the minimum mandatory specifications as described herein.

BACKGROUND

The recirculating chiller will be used to achieve a wide range of temperature, including temperatures below zero, in a pilot plant test facility to simulate offshore subsurface oil spill scenarios using water column to simulate deep ocean conditions.

The bidder must meet the minimum mandatory performance specifications detailed below in order for a bid to be deemed responsive.

Delivery:

Delivery is requested by March 31, 2020 or best before delivery date.
