Description

The subject matter of this contract is successive delivery of specialist chemical reagents for scientific research and teaching purposes to organisational units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.2 Detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the document, "Description of the subject matter of the contract", which is Annex 1 to the ToR.3 The quantities indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract according to Annex 1 to the ToR.4 The quantities indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract according to Annex 1 to the ToR.5 constitute only potential demand of the Awarding Entity and do not constitute an obligation for the Awarding Entity to purchase all specified products in the indicated quantity. The unit quantity may change. The Purchaser reserves the right to place an order for a larger quantity of a given product than listed in Appendix 1 to the ToR or not to purchase a given item at all.

The Orderer reserves the right to place orders for a larger quantity of a given product than that listed in Annex 1 to the ToR or not to purchase a given item at all.4 The order code according to the Common Procurement Dictionary: 33.69.63.00-8.5. In the description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 1 to ToR), the Contracting Authority's indication of the catalogue number of reagents is made in order to inform the Economic Operator about the minimum requirements for the products offered. The above is also necessary due to the ongoing research process or continuation of research undertaken by the applicant organisational unit of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. In such a situation, in order to maintain the continuity of research and the reliability of its results, which are in accordance with the recommendations of particular methodologies, as well as to prevent the loss of obtained results from previously conducted and completed research processes, the Contracting Authority is obliged to ensure the supply of products on which the research has been started. The above is also connected with ensuring appropriate calibration of testing equipment, which is used to perform specific measurements or reactions during the tests and experiments.
