Description

The subject of the order is the supply of materials and chemical reagents for the Forensic Laboratory of the Regional Police Headquarters in Wroclaw. The subject of the order has been divided into 14 parts.The Contractor may submit an offer for one or selected parts of the proceedings. The offer should cover the entire range of products constituting the subject of the order in the given part of the proceedings. The minimum parameters and quantities of the ordered products are described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - offer form and in Appendix No. to the Draft provisions of the contract. Right of option: In parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, the Ordering Party has provided for the right of option, under which the Ordering Party undertakes to purchase the subject matter of the contract, at least to the extent of the quantity of the assortment specified in Annex No. 1 for parts 1-13 to the SWZ as "guaranteed quantity" (basic order), while the purchase of the quantity of the assortment specified in Annex No. 1 for parts 1-13 to the SWZ as "quantity under option" (option order
