The Project Manager, KAMOURASKA SCHOOL COMMISSION - RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, 464 Lafontaine Street, P.O. Box 910, Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec G5R 3Z5, is requesting tenders for the services of a carrier to provide transportation for students - such as 56-passenger luxury bus charter transportation - as part of certain extracurricular activities for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years.
Interested parties can only obtain tender documents through the electronic tendering system SÉAO (www.seao.ca or for the Montréal area at 514 856-6600 or toll-free outside at 1-866-669-7326).
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security under the following conditions:

A bid bond issued by a financial institution in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date.

A certified cheque or bank draft made payable to the Project Manager in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings or credit union or trust or savings company and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manager's "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" form in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

Only contractors with a business office in Québec or a province or territory covered by the agreements in force and holding the necessary qualifications, authorizations, permits, licences, registrations, accreditations and attestations are eligible to bid.
Bidders with an establishment in Quebec must hold, at the time of filing their bid, a valid Revenu Québec certificate that was not issued after the deadline for receipt of bids.
Bidders who do not have an establishment in Quebec, where they carry on business on a permanent basis, must submit with their bid the "No establishment in Quebec" form duly completed and signed by an authorized person.
The bidder must not, at the time of filing its bid, be registered in the register of companies not eligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, be ineligible.
