Description
The subject of the contract is: delivery of 25 office swivel chairs brand new, free from defects, full value, in the first grade and not bearing any signs of use, to the seat of the National Centre for Agricultural Support OT Opole at ul. 1 Maja 6 in Opole. The chair must be made in accordance with the standards defining office swivel chairs PN EN 1335-1, 2, 3 or equivalent regarding dimensions, durability, stability and safety of use and meet the requirements described in the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 1.12.1998 regarding safety and hygiene at work in workplaces equipped with screen monitors (Journal of Laws No. 148, item 973 of 10.12.1998). Minimum requirements for a swivel chair: 1) Five-star nylon base (uniform polyamide casting with addition of glass fibre) in black colour.2) Self-locking castors.3) Gas lift for smooth seat height adjustment.4) Seat depth adjustment in the range of min. Synchronous mechanism allowing smooth tilting of the backrest and seat with adjustable tilting elasticity depending on the user's weight and locking of the movement in the selected position. The adjustment must be just below the seat, allowing the mechanism to be adjusted in the sitting position.7) Seat and back upholstered.8) Green upholstery fabric. Shade of upholstery colour - to be agreed with an authorized employee of the Employer immediately before the conclusion of the contract from the colour palette presented by the Contractor, containing at least 2 colour shades.9) Rear cover of the seat and backrest made of plastic in black.10) Chair seat made of wooden plywood, lined with integral polyurethane foam PU (made in the technology of flame retardant foams poured in forms guaranteeing high resistance to crushing and maximum comfort of sitting).11) Chair backrest made of lightweight injection moulded PP and FG (polypropylene with glass fibre) material, lined with integral polyurethane PU foam (made of flame retardant foams cast in moulds), profiled to the natural shape of the spine in the part supporting the lumbar and sacral section.12) Chair upholstered with flame retardant fabric, 100 % polyester, abrasion class min. 100,000 Martindale cycles, piling resistance 4-5.13) Armrests adjustable up-down dimension 14) Armrests made of black plastic. The Economic Operator will provide a guarantee for the chairs manufactured and delivered for at least 3 years (the guarantee period is one of the criteria for the selection of the tender). A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Purchaser is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser. If the description of the subject matter of the contract includes names of materials, products, manufacturers or specific technical solutions, it should be treated only as a statement of the desired standard and quality, in all such situations the Economic Operator may offer materials, products or devices equivalent in terms of technical, functional and utility parameters.4 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of performance is included in Chapter III of the ToR and the model contract - Appendix No. 4 to the ToR.
