The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Cessna CE-208 Aircraft Systems Training for Airworthiness (Maintenance / Avionics) Inspectors employed by the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with four (4), 1-year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all request for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Sherrie Files, Contracting Officer (AAQ-732), via e-mail at sherrie.files@faa.gov.

Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, sherrie.files@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on June 21, 2019 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time.

Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CST, July 3, 2019. Must be submitted electronically to sherrie.files@faa.gov, addressed with the SIR Number 6973GH-19-R-00181. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, July 3 2019, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.

The SIR/RFO is not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
