Description

The purpose of this framework contract is to design and manufacture single-stage Q3 and non-QC rated pump sets with low voltage motorization for new nuclear projects and existing nuclear power plants. Each pump unit consists of:- A complete pump- Mechanical seal- A complete air cooled low voltage motor- A coupling with coupling guard- A complete base plate (frame) - Instrumentation (if required)

Each pump unit consists of:- A complete pump- Mechanical seal- A complete air cooled low voltage motor- A coupling with coupling guard- A complete base plate (frame) - Instrumentation (if required)Each order has for firm services: - Studies- Supply and manufacturing of the pump units (pump, motor, coupling, seal, instrumentation (if required), flanges and counter-flanges, common frame for pump and motor)- Factory inspections and tests- Spare parts and consumables for tests and installation- Supervision of assembly and tests (assembly carried out by another contract) - Specific toolsRelated services optionally associated in the orders: - Seismic qualification (operability) - Upgrading of the pump from QC to Q3 - Assistance in assembly and testing - Transport / Storage and long term conservation - Training - Strategic and operational spare partsEstimated minimum quantity or volume of the Framework Agreement: 300 pump setsEstimated maximum quantity or volume of the Framework Agreement: 1100 pump sets
