Invitation to tender for the provision of IT support and maintenance services
Introduction
CES is a non-profit, all island organisation established in 2008. CES works with agencies, government departments and organisations from initial policy development right through to improving practice. CES brings new thinking to complex social problems, to improve outcomes for people living in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Over the past ten years CES has worked in areas such as education, health, children and young people and social services.
Our staff complement of 35 people includes multi-disciplinary professionals drawn from various specialist areas within the sector, including health, education, community development, research, psychology, social work, youth work, project management, organisation development, knowledge and communications, and governance.
CES is now inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced IT service companies for the provision of IT support and maintenance services at CES offices in Dublin and Belfast.
Specification of infrastructure and service required

The successful tenderer will be contracted to provide IT support and maintenance for all hardware and software as outlined in the attached specification and provide deskside support for CES offices in Harcourt Street, Dublin (most callouts), Belfast (fewer callouts), Community Operations St. Loman’s Hospital (few or no callouts).

The range of services provided by your organisation
How the requirements of the contract as detailed in 2(b) of the attached specification will be met. Include experience of specific tools such as SharePoint and/or CRM systems and how the company proactively advises clients on their IT strategy, innovations, future-proofing and cyber security
Details of previous clients of a similar nature and scale. Please provide client names, contract values and contract descriptions
Details of organisation structure, staff levels and full range of skills available
A biography of the person leading the contract and members of the team who will provide the service
Details of scope of the service – what is and is not included
A full pricing schedule, with breakdown of costs - the rate quoted in the pricing schedule must be an all-inclusive rate to contain all costs and fees associated with the provision of the service. Also specify what is not included
Details of at least two referees – at least one to come from a not for profit organisation

A shortlist of those who have tendered will take place in January and those shortlisted may be invited to make a presentation and advise on further clarifications of their tender. It will be essential that the key personnel that will be assigned to this contract should be present at this meeting.
Extension of Tender Period
CES reserves the right to extend the closing date for receipt of tenders and will give notice of this in writing to all parties who have submitted tenders.
